Lecture 49:- Margins

In CSS, the margin property is used to create space around an element. The margin is the transparent area outside an element's border.

You can set the margin property on all four sides of an element using the following syntax:

element {  margin: value; }

Or you can set the margin on each side individually using the following syntax:

cssCopy code

element {  margin-top: value;  margin-right: value;  margin-bottom: value;  margin-left: value; }

The value can be any valid CSS length unit, such as px, em, rem, %, etc.

Here's an example of how to set the top and bottom margins to 20px and the left and right margins to 10px:

element {  margin-top: 20px;  margin-right: 10px;  margin-bottom: 20px;  margin-left: 10px; }
