Design Layout and HTML Structure: Design the layout of the profile page.

User Information:Include user's name, username, email, phone number, address, status, and joining date.Use text elements (e.g., <p>, <span>) for displaying this information.
Profile Picture:Add an image element to display the user's profile picture.Allow users to upload or select their profile picture.
Courses:Display a list of enrolled courses.Use a list element (e.g., <ul>, <li>) to list the courses.
CSS Styling and Responsiveness:Apply CSS styles for formatting and styling.Ensure the profile page is responsive to various screen sizes using media queries and responsive design techniques.
